02. How long does it take?

Custom designs usually take 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity and printing details. It's best to start at least 5–7 months before your wedding to ensure everything's perfect.

03. What's included in a stationery suite?

It depends on your needs, but most couples choose invitations, envelopes, RSVP cards, menus, place cards, and signage — all designed to match beautifully.

04. Can I customize the materials?

Absolutely. You can choose from textured papers, wax seals, ribbons, charms, and more. Each detail is chosen to match your style and story.

05. How are prices calculated?

Pricing depends on several factors: type of design, print technique, paper weight, envelope style, finishing (wax seals, ribbons, dried flowers), and total quantity. Each quote is fully personalized.

06. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship your stationery worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.

07. Can you match my stationery to my wedding theme?

Of course! Whether it's coastal, romantic, modern, or minimalist, we'll design pieces that reflect your wedding's atmosphere and palette.

Brand Design Services

01. What's included in the Brand Design Package?

You'll receive a primary logo, logo variations, color palette, typography pairings, and a brand style guide — everything you need for a cohesive and lasting brand identity.

02. What's the Social Premium Kit?

It includes everything from the Brand Design Package, plus social media deliverables — Instagram setup, bio and highlight design, post and story templates, and strategic planning for your online presence.

03. How long does a brand project take?

Typically 3–5 weeks, depending on feedback speed and scope. You'll receive a detailed timeline once we begin.

04. How do payments work?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your spot, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. Flexible plans are available if needed.

05. Will I receive all design files?

Yes — all final files (digital formats) are provided, along with clear usage guidelines so you can maintain your visual identity easily.

06. Do you offer ongoing brand support?

Yes! Many clients return for social media templates, packaging design, or web design as their business grows. We love being part of your long-term journey.
