1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of design and creative services by AM N' CO. Design Studio ("we," "us," or "our") to clients ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

Am n’ co. Design Studio provides bespoke graphic design, wedding stationery, and branding services. Each project is customized according to the client’s needs, timeline, and budget.

3. Quotes and Payments

• 3.1. All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

• 3.2. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin any project. The remaining 50% is due before the final delivery.

• 3.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods agreed upon in writing.

4. Project Timeline

Timelines vary according to the complexity and scope of the project. Any delay in providing information, approvals, or payment may extend delivery deadlines.

5. Design Ownership

• 5.1. All designs remain the intellectual property of am n’ co. Design Studio until full payment is received.

• 5.2. After full payment, clients receive the right to use the final approved design for personal or brand use.

• 5.3. Am n’ co. Design Studio retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. Handmade Nature

All wedding stationery items are handcrafted, which means slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and part of the artisanal process.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for postal or courier delays once items have been dispatched. Any damage during transport should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping is not included on the quote pricing.

7. Revisions

• 7.1. Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds

• 7.2. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges

• 7.3. Major scope changes will require a new project proposal and pricing

• 7.4. Revision requests must be consolidated and clearly communicated

8. Project Suspension or Termination

• 8.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate projects due to non-payment or breach of these terms

• 8.2. Clients may terminate projects with written notice; fees for completed work remain due

• 8.3. No refunds are provided for work completed prior to termination

9. Limitation of Liability

• 9.1. Our liability is limited to the total project value

• 9.2. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

• 9.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring deliverables meet their specific business requirements

10. Data Protection

We process client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
